Reminiscence Workshop

OK the time has come, after almost two months, to talk about Reminiscence Workshop. When Dani called me to be a speaker at his workshop for a few days I couldn't believe it, it seemed impossible for it to happen to me, just like when Victor called me to go to Legacy, the first thing that came to my mind was:but with all the good photographers there are, why me? and the second thing I kept telling myself was: but if they called me I can't do anything but be happy! And yes I was happy, very happy indeed. So happy that it took me two months (almost) to process this experience and create a post, not that I haven't shared photos in the meantime, but talking about it is not something that comes easy to me, precisely becauseI am not a person who talks easily about myself. But I wanted to spend a few lines talking about what this workshop means for me, as a speaker but also as an attendee.Taking part in a workshop is like entering a parallel world one fine day, leaving your personal life at home and plunging into another atmosphere where you breathe a totally magical air, where you share that air with people who have the same dreams as you, who eat the same stuff you feed on every day, who walk the same path as you, and for a few days you are out of the world completely. And when you return home you miss that air, a lot, and then everyday life sucks you in and bye-bye. Reminiscence is a concentrate of elegance, class, modernity, style, and Dani has created a perfect window on his world and his way of working. Of this experience I loved most of all the people I shared it with, Monica and Anna and Dani and then Justine, Javier and all, really all the guys, I miss that air every day and this is the story of that unforgettable day.Enjoy it
